With the BLID Hair Care Set, you get the two most important steps of your daily hair care routine in one set. The shampoo gently and effectively cleanses the hair and scalp, while the conditioner provides care and leaves the hair soft and easy to comb.

Together, they help leave your hair feeling clean, soft and well cared for without weighing it down.

Gentle care from roots to ends

BLID Shampoo contains hydrolyzed proteins from wheat, quinoa, corn and soy, which help care for and strengthen the hair.

After washing your hair, use BLID Conditioner. With jojoba oil and hydrolyzed proteins, it helps make the hair more manageable, soft and easier to comb.

Fragrance-free hair care

The BLID Hair Care Set is a great choice if you want a simple hair care routine without fragrance. The products are vegan and AllergyCertified and can be used for all hair types.

Before washing your hair

Gently comb through your hair before showering to remove any tangles. This helps reduce the risk of hair breakage and makes it easier to distribute the shampoo.



Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water for about one minute. This helps loosen oil and impurities from the scalp, allowing the shampoo to cleanse effectively.



How to use the shampoo

Use an appropriate amount of shampoo depending on the length and thickness of your hair.



Apply the shampoo to the scalp and roots. Focus on cleansing the scalp rather than the lengths and ends of the hair.



Gently massage the shampoo into the scalp using your fingertips in circular movements.



Rinse the hair

Rinse your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water until all the shampoo has been removed.



Optionally, finish with a short rinse using cooler water to give the hair extra shine.



After washing your hair

Follow with BLID Conditioner. Apply the conditioner mainly to the lengths and ends of the hair and leave it on for three to five minutes.



Rinse thoroughly.
